Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, Javiny met her co-founder in the faculty of Engineering. Realising they both had a flair for 'engineering' personalised holidays, they founded Quotient Travel - a bespoke travel planner for unique holidays, now rebranded as Wonder Golander.

Building Resilience
Taking the biggest hit during the pandemic has taught Javiny the importance of being resilient. She manged to push through a few months and re-direct the company's revenue sources to local tours to keep afloat as it was unclear when international travel would resume.
Having an Open Mindset
When Wonder Golander collaborated with The Volunteer Switchboard on a series of virtues-based guided tours for locals and tourists, Javiny had to be open to where the business might lead.
Through this open mindset and their nimble and adaptable team, it was discovered that WonderGoLander's skills could be applied to non-travel projects - a luxury jewellery e-commerce platform and a numerology-based personal improvement online tool projects were born.
Go Big or Go Home
For Javiny, a "go big or go home" journey would be a series of intentional and purposeful activities, paying careful attention to the "how". For instance, if she wanted to cruise along the most panoramic roads in Europe, such as the Grossglockner Austria Alpine Road or Romania's Transfagarasan Highway, she would enjoy the drive in a Porsche or a Lamborghini, instead of a regular sedan.
