Boxing Up Work and Play
After working at companies that didn't priorities work-life balance, Yos has made it her life ethos to box up work and play to keep it from overflowing into her personal time. She makes a conscious effort make time for both i.e. stopping work at 6pm sharp for dinner with friends and family or remind herself that her dining table is not a workspace.
Perfection is Impossible
While Yos recognises that the fear of failure can stop people from trying—but failure does not define her or her journey. Yos' recent podcast at Synk shares her experimentation mindset, taking risks and pivoting quickly.
