About the speaker:
Astrid focuses on a balanced approach to therapy to treat the human being as a whole; healing the body, mind, and soul. With a background in youth and family counselling, CBT, and yoga therapy, she works with your nervous system and breathing patterns to improve your ability to regulate emotions and improve performance. She works with both high achieving professionals, couples, adults, and children. She sets the space and guides you to resolve and improve difficult professional, personal, relationship, and emotional problems.
