I love going to places with “grand” natural scenes like forests, mountains, lakes or where there is a clear view of the night sky—stars and all. Being in such places makes me (and my worries) feel small and inconsequential, which rejuvenates me.
WATCHING SPORTS
Watching competitive martial arts and/or basketball highlights online.
AN ENERGISING SWIM
30-minute swim before work in the morning gets me up and going.
Preserved Plums
I have an irrational love for Suan Mei (Chinese preserved plums).
